收成	The grapes, harvested manually during the second half of September, undergo careful pressing.
酿造	The must obtained is tranferred to small stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes a fermentation lasting about 2 weeks. The wine rests in oak barrels for about 2 years, where it matures and slowly absorbs the unmistakeble aromas of the wood of the barrels. The distribution on the market cannot take place before 5 years after harvest.
