Francesco Rinaldi Barolo Brunate 2017

The predominant notes are violet, heather and powder, the mouth is very balanced for a Barolo Rinaldi at this stage of development, with a particular nobility of tannin.

It's a ruby dress with a garnet hem.

香气/花束

The nose evokes, in a shallow way, acidulous tones of sour cherry, black currant, rosehip and blackberry berries. This is followed by a light parade of fern, warm earth, dwarf needles, pine cones and matcha tea.

味道

In the mouth I register through so much vitality, innervated by great freshness, which imprisons the sip in this unique direction leaving no gustatory progression. Copious tannins, rippled but not intrusive.
