This sparkling wine is a rarity in the oenological world and is obtained from the vinification of Prosecco grapes grown in the hilly area of Santo Stefano, known as Cartizze. Grapes that Foss Marai buys directly from the producers and processes in its cellar, rationally applying the technology it possesses and never losing sight of tradition

Intense scent of wisteria flowers, with some hints of rose.

Rich and variegated flavour, never cloying, where the sugar content is in perfect synergy with the other components of wine.
