Dr. Loosen L Riesling Dry 2020
This crisp, refreshing Riesling is the dry counterpart to the fruity, off-dry Dr. L Riesling. Together, these two wines represent the entry-level from Dr. Loosen, capturing the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a very reasonable price. We call them our “welcome to the Mosel” wines.

Straw yellow with greenish reflections.

香气/花束

The nose has intense fruity aromas, apple and peach, followed by vegetable aromas and an excellent mineral vein.

味道

Fresh and savoury, the intense fruit note returns in the mouth and to the long and spicy finish.

Pairing

It is very well matched with smoked salmon canapes, sweet and savoury waffles, hollandaise sauce, with aperitifs, but also able to enhance Asian cuisine such as Noodles or Spring Rolls, especially if slightly spiced.
