Coppo Barbera d'Asti L'Avvocata 2022

The name of this wine comes from the first owner of the vineyards: a female lawyer. A strict, respected and rigid person, to everyone, she was simply the "Avvocata" ("The Lawyer"). It is almost an oddity that a so young Barbera wine evokes such a serious figure.

颜色

Purple red.

香气/花束

Intense and vinous on the nose with sensations of red flowers, geraniums, pomegranate juice, cherry and black cherry. It closes with hints of dark spices, cinchona and rhubarb.

味道

Very fresh, almost acidulous on the palate. It has good flavour, subtle tannins and discreet persistence.

Pairing

It perfectly pairs with a salami sandwich, stewed baby squids with tomato sauce, and meatballs with peas.
