A monovarietal Lambrusco di Sorbara born in 1987 to mark Cavicchioli’s 60th anniversary and made from grapes grown in the five-hectare vineyard of the same name in Cristo, in the Sorbara production zone.

	Perlage Mousse with purplish highlights.
	颜色 Vivid pale pink hue.
	香气/花束 A concentrated nose of fruity and floral notes.
	味道 Full, mouthfilling palate with a pleasant acidulous note.

Pairing

Excellent with the typical dishes of Emilia (erbazzone, parmesan cheese, cold meats, boiled, crescentine, tigelle), but also pasta and red meat in general.
