收成 Grapes are harvested by in the second half of October.
酿造 Grapes for the Amarone are selected in the vineyard and placed in crates. They are then left in the fruit drying loft and allowed to dry for several months. The wine is left in contact with the grape skins during fermentation. The wine is pumped over twice a day with delestage half way through the fermentation process.
陈年 2 years in barriques and 3rd year in 25 hL oak barrels.
