Shymer is an acronym of the names of the two grapes that make up this intense red: Shyraz + Merlot. The term Shymer in French evokes the mythological figure of the chimera, fantastic creature symbol of dreams and impossible desires. Far from preconceptions, the Marzotto family has set as its objective the realization of a dream, more than ever materialized today. bodied wine with a good harmony, Shymer clearly expresses the different peculiarities of the vines that make it up.
