Location Vineyard Colonnello, Village of Bussia, Town of Monforte d'Alba (Cuneo).

收成 By hand, in mid-October, with grapes selection in the vineyard.
发酵温度 Variables with peaks of 32 °C.
酿造 In red with skin maceration in stainless steel tanks.
陈年 The new wine is racked several times before being put into large Slavonian oak barrels, where it ages for 28 months.
