Vie di Romans Friuli Isonzo Flors di Uis 2010
The vineyards, a few miles from the Gulf of Trieste, enjoy a climate that gives the wines a Mediterranean character, with embracing aromas and soft flavors. It is a soft wine, almost creamy, which offers pleasant sensations in the mouth. A wine of this structure matches well with Asian cuisine, full of flavors and spices like a Tempura Maki.

Colour

Deep gold yellow

Bouquet

Fruity notes of litchi and orange, with hints of cloves and flowers, especially roses and linden.

Flavour

Warm and enveloping.

All dishes based on fish, such as fish tartare-carpaccio, sushi and sashimi, starters, steamed starters, soups, steamed dishes (fish and shellfish), seafood risotto, stewed fish, grilled fish, and crusted fish. It also pairs with eggs and savoury pies, pasta with vegetable sauce, and fresh cheese.
