Only Chardonnay grapes, three plots in Erbusco, always the same since 1990. Structure, softness and elegant freshness, express the magnificence of our Satèn.

	Perlage Fine perlage.
	Colour Straw yellow with green nuances.
	Bouquet It opens up fragrances of lime, verbena, kiwi, lily of the valley and pistachio cream.
	Flavour The taste is very fresh, played on a slender silhouette, which fades on citrus notes and slightly almond cedar and lime peel.

Soil composition	Hilly soils of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated.
Vinification	After a rigorous selection of bunches and a slight pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place, part in natural oak vats of 32 Hl, part in French oak barriques of 2.25 hectolitres and part in steel.
Ageing	Following the draught in the spring, spends a period of more than 40 months on the yeasts developing a pressure of 4.5 atm along with a typical creaminess of the Saten. After the disgorgement, at least 6 months before it is put on the market.
