Harvest	By hand, the third and fourth week of September with bunch selection.
Vinification	In white, gentle pressing in an anaerobic environment at a controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ageing	Martinotti-Charmat Method in stainless steel vats with ageing in the bottle for 40 days.
Residual sugars	8.00 gr/L
