Origin	Castelnuovo dell'Abate (Siena). The company's vineyard is situated south-east of Montalcino in the area in front of the Abbey of Sant'Antimo.
Climate	Altitude: 300 m. a.s.l. Exposure: East-South-East.
Soil composition	Clay loam with good content of skeleton and a large presence of calcium.
Vinification	Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden vats with maceration of 20-25 days.
Ageing	36 months in small wooden barrels 16-25 hl.
Allergens	Contains sulphites
