Rocche Costamagna Barolo 2020
It is obtained from Nebbiolo grapes grown in small vineyards of La Morra and Verduno. The maceration lasts about 2 weeks, aged 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels and at least one year in bottle. Its taste is elegant and smooth, characterized by fruity and balsamic aromas. The tannins are balanced and well integrated into the fruit.

Colour

Ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Aroma ample and complex, with good persistence and bewitching notes of plum, violet and liquorice.

Flavour

Elegant and soft on the palate, it is characterised by fruity notes of cherry and raspberry.

Pairing

Excellent with roasted and red meat, game, braised meat, truffle dishes and aged cheeses.
