Yellow d'Arles is an extreme interpretation and strict Greek di Tufo. It is produced exclusively from grapes from a single vineyard of Greek and yellow-antique gold, typical of the designation is made even more intense by the short stay, during fermentation in small oak barrels and the complete absence of interventions clarification.
