Colour

Ruby with garnet glimmers.

Bouquet

Nose of great class, inanella sensations of morello cherry and black cherry, pot-pourri, touches of ginger and cardamom, citrus and traits of tobacco.

Flavour

The taste is radiant, with fresh acidity, responsive to the micron, with well combed tannins and hints of blood orange and cocoa to say the least insistent.

Steak, barbecue, roasts, game, mushroom or truffle risotto, ripe mountain cheeses.
