Description
A classic method non-dosed white sparkling wine from Champagne, produced by Philipponnat. Blend: 68% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay, 3% Pinot Meunier. 0.75L bottle. A tribute to the history of Maison Philipponnat, founded in 1522, which produces this Champagne Royale Réserve Non-Dosé, a wine that expresses the purity of its terroir. A nose of lime blossom, vine blossom, and hawthorn. A direct and pure attack, with notes of citrus and a lovely liveliness without being aggressive. A long and clear finish with notes of warm bread and fresh apple.
