Passopisciaro's Rampant is obtained from old vines of Nerello Mascalese with a free foot placed over a thousand meters in terraces on the wall of lava di Solicchiata. The soil in which they are raised is sandy and oxidized.

Intense, fruity and floral with mineral touches, notes of violet, aromatic herbs and cherry.
