Bouquet

Olfactory panorama of large and typical size that is revealed with sour cherries and sour cherries, violets in bloom, Mediterranean scrub with arbutus berries and herbs, intense ferrous mineral footprint, clean toasted note embellished with cloves and nutmeg.

Flavour

A sip of perfect correspondence in which the softness of the varietal and the alcoholic mass, combined with the energetic tartaric verve, create the balance that, driven by dynamic sapidity, gives a finish of long persistence rich in varietal returns.
