Levante Extra Dry originates from a vineyard with vines over 50 years old, with an eastern exposure characterised by a continuous flow of wind. The result is a wine recognised for its aromatic power of fruit, its structure and its minerality.

Bouquet

Generous fragrances of linden, acacia flowers, and wisteria are perfectly interwoven with fruity touches of pear, Golden apple, bergamot, and pink grapefruit. The sip is lively, saline and well-structured.

Flavour

Hints of quince, lemon and aromatic herbs prevail, with a persistent and pleasant finish.

Pairing

Excellent on its own as an aperitif, it can also be served with several different types of food: raw fish and shellfish first courses, but also with creamy cheeses on wholemeal walnut bread with a drop of honey.

Ageing The second fermentation and ageing on the lees, which generally last for 1 month, occur in autoclaves by selected yeasts at a temperature of 13-14°C. It is aged about 1 month before being marketed.
