Colour

Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

Bouquet

Splendid fruity notes of red fruit, ripe strawberries, cherries, raspberries, blackcurrants and bilberries. It continues with floral notes of violets, lavender and almond blossoms. A short exposure to oxygen releases intriguing spices, vanilla, cinnamon and white chocolate notes.

Flavour

Rich, elegant and suave with soft embracing tannins. Moderate and harmonious in the mouth, where cinnamon, vanilla and liquorice are released. Good structure and body that fascinates with fresh balsamic and mineral notes.

Pairing

Red meat, Colonnata lard, mint-flavoured tuna stew.
