From the vineyard of the same name, planted entirely to Pinot Noir, this sparkling wine is the expression of our territory. After at least 36 months of ripening on its yeasts, it is in its complexity typical of the vine without any compromise and / or mediation.

Perlage

It is fine and persistent.

Colour

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections.

Bouquet

Fresh with hints of hawthorn, elder, yellow and citrus fruits.

Flavour

The first impact has a tangy-fresh taste with fruity and floral aromas a final slightly mineral taste with a long persistence.

Pairing

Spumante is an aperitif ‘par excellence’, although also very well paired with elegant fish dishes and seafood, excellent with pasta dishes and white meats.
