Considered one of the major expressions of Italian enology, Brunello di Montalcino is produced exclusively from grapes of the homonymous vine, which represents a variety of Sangiovese Grosso. The Brunello di Montalcino of the Azienda Agricola Lisini, is distinguished by its truly superior characteristics obtained through a continuous care of the vines, cultivated with traditional methods and excluding any practice of forcing, careful selection and thinning of the grapes while growing and a accurate selection of the grapes during the harvest.
Intense garnet.
A sweet and mellow atmosphere of ripe fruit and dried flowers is the intense prelude of a rapid and dense succession of noble woods, cigar box, ash, graphite, cocoa, complemented by a slight hint of powder.
Sip tasty and round, appropriately fresh, distinguished by an exemplary tannin and consistent persistence and very long.

Vinification Performed in steel tanks with duration, including the period of maceration on the skins, variable between 20 and 26 days. Thermocontrolled fermentation between 24 and 26 ° C. Daily chemical analyzes. Daily punching performed manually. Draw-off with soft pressing. Malolactic fermentation. Spontaneous clarification without filtration.
Aging Performed in Slavonian oak barrels of variable volume from 20 to 50 HI for a period of 42 months. Further aging in bottles of 6/8 months.
