Production technique	Strict selection of grapes during harvest. Winemaking in their cellars in Barolo, a traditional fermented with the skins (for 10-12 days) at controlled temperature (20/22 ° C.)
Ageing	Aged in oak barrels for at least 1 year. Bottle aging for 4 / 6 months.
