||The cellars are underground where temperatures remain naturally constant and cool. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 4-6 weeks. The wines are then put into barrel for the malolactic fermentation.
||All the wines are made in the same way, with the degree of new oak varying according to the appellation. After one year in barrel the wines spend six months in tank before bottling.
