Ample olfactory impressions, with elegant recognitions of withered field violets, humus, wet dry leaves, aromas of small red fruits in spirit, menthol, eucalyptus, nutmeg spiciness, cloves and pink pepper, incense and delicate graphite textures.

Flavour

Well structured palate, warm, supported by a perfect tannic texture and a vibrant acidity typical of small red fruits. Slightly savory finish with excellent balsamic and spicy persistence.

Braised game, seasoned cheeses including goat.
