Bouquet

It opens with intense fruity vibrations of sour cherries and crispy sour cherries, violets in bloom, garrigue with its wild herbs and berries, iodised rock salt.

Flavour

The consistent glyceric alcohol mass meets adequate freshness, substantial flavor and fine tannins to build the balance that gives a pleasant finish very fruity.
