Feudi San Gregorio Sirica 2018
A ruby red wine made of fully Sirica grapes aged 12 months in barrique. Feudi San Gregorio Sirica 2018 is made from an ancient indigenous grape variety that was almost lost before Feudi di San Gregorio's interventions. On the nose, fruity blackberry, blueberry and currant notes are very noticeable, accompanied by vegetal hints. The palate is spicy, fresh and soft.

Vinous, with hints of red fruit, slightly vegetal.

Flavour

Fresh and soft on the palate, spicy, with good structure and persistence in the mouth. Mild, astringent tannins.

Pairing

Perfectly suited to vegetable and meat dishes, such as ragù napoletano and bolognese. Excellent with main courses of meat.
