The challenge of making a 100% Pinot Nero, the first and only Blanc de Noirs of Ferrari: a Millesimato wine that is the result of forty years of research, created with specially selected grapes from the best company-owned vineyards on the slopes of the mountains of Trentino. Extraordinarily different and proudly unique.

	Perlage Fine and persistent.
	Colour Bright gold.
	Bouquet Rich and mature with great complexity, ranging from fruity to mineral notes and even toast-like.
	Flavour Defined and rare with a perfect balance between fruity and toasty notes, complemented by an intriguing tastiness. Dynamic creaminess on the palate with an enveloping and elegant finish.
