Fallon Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Ozanne Brut

A small producer, Michel Fallon but disciple of Anselme Selosse, and one champagne, the Ozanne, a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru non vintage proposed for the first time in 2008. Ozanne refers to the historical name of the city, "Avize beautiful", maintained until the year 796.

Colour

Light yellow.

Bouquet

Very fresh nose designed by a sharp note of almond. It is a complex champagne and very layered, with soft tones of herbs and just an echo of wood to remember the barrel fermentation.

Flavour

The taste is marked by an explosion of fruity first white cherry, apricot and then finally candied citrus. All this leaves gradually and give way to a strong minerality that makes the wine more and more savory. The complexity becomes even more pronounced, with hints of wild berries and even a finish of impressive length.
