Bouquet

At first nose, aromas of apples, cooked pears and notes of homemade cookies. Then, raspberry, spices (white pepper) and root character (celeriac). The nose evolves slowly towards tea plants (linden, verbena).

Flavour

Soft and petulant attack on the palate. Elegant body, fluid consistency and beautiful freshness. The delicate acidity, measured and sapid, is accompanied by a discreet dosage. The harmonious finish, finely mineral, offers a tart, then refreshing, note.
