||Vinified in wood for 20%, undergoes a natural fermentation without added yeasts, only indigenous yeasts. First élevage yeasts that lasts about a year without burning stages, the wine is clarified slowly as they did 50 years ago. Bottling without fining nor filtration. Dosage 3/4 g / l.
