The Bourgogne Epineuil Rouge "L'Ame Des Dannots" by Dominique Gruhier comes from vineyards located in a charming and welcoming estate, the Abbey of Quincy, created by the Cistercian monks in 1212.

After aeration you can perceive subtle notes of red fruit jam that blend with notes of undergrowth and humus.

On the palate you can hear the wild strawberry, the currant, notes of licorice. The tannins give it balance and remarkable elegance.
