Dark, dense, ruby-red colour.

Bouquet

Bouquet of ripe red fruit, morello cherries, black cherries and prunes, as well as floral notes, blended with some mineral nuances, graphite, tobacco and vanilla.

Flavour

Warm and soft on the palate, sinuous, with a very thick, tallowy tannin, it has a powerful, but well balanced body. Very long aftertaste, quite adequate for this kind of wine.

Pairing

Wine for the entire meal. The Grammonte also goes well with rich meat dishes, including braised.
