Background of sweet spices and toasted veins reminiscent of a lava flow carrying clear traces of blackcurrants and morello cherries, wilting violets, camphor, and Mediterranean scrub with rosemary and marjoram.

Elegant with a silky tannic texture, intense progression of fresh tastiness to streamline a well-structured body with a balsamic and persistent finish.

Ageing 24 months in French oak barrels. Followed by 24 months of ageing in the bottle.
