Collet Champagne Millesime Brut 2008

	Perlage Fine and lively effervescence.
	Colour Luminous colour with lemon yellow reflections.
	Bouquet An initial mineral and iodine nose, mixed with notes of lemon, quince, brioche, lime blossom and acacia, and fresh verbena. The aeration of the champagne reveals aromas of limestone, liquorice, blackcurrant and pomelo.
	Flavour The approach is frank and fresh, developing a pulpy fruitiness supported by a zesty acidity of lemon and pomelo. The mid-palate is mineral, frank and saline. The freshness, typical of the vintage, and the iodine spray offer a tasty finish with pure and delicate flavours of grape pulp on a citrus background.
