Collavini Ribolla Gialla Spumante Brut Millesime 2019
The 'Ribolla' is the wine that has witnessed and participated in the history of the Friulian people over the last seven hundred years. The first document attesting to its existence dates back to the Middle Ages, way back in 1299, and refers to a sales contract by the notary Ermanno di Gemona, a document tracked down by Professor Perusini. Many synonyms have accompanied this vine over the centuries: Rebolla, Ribuele, Rabuele Zale, Rebula (in the Slavic part of Collio).
