Harvest	The selection and harvest are carried out entirely by hand, and the grapes are immediately transported to our cellar where they start the process of fermentation.
Vinification	The alcoholic fermentation, which takes place for at least 15 days after harvest time, is followed by the maceration of the skins.
Ageing	Aged for at least two years in large Slavonia oak barrels and, after bottling, is aged further for at least six months before being released.
Production year	28,000 bottles
