Soil composition	16.54 acres, located in medium soil and marl, Eocene between the 240 and 360 meters above sea level where you select the best grapes for this vintage Brunello di Montalcino.
Vinification	In stainless steel containers and glass concrete vats with temperature controlled through cooling jackets and plates immersion.
Ageing	In oak casks for 20 to 85 Hl for about three years, followed by a bottle aging more than 4 months
