I Sodi di San Niccolò, Poggio ai Merli, Coniale wines. The best production of Castellare that unites in a blend for the third time in the company's history to celebrate the 36 vintages of Castellare. A wine of great structure that does not lose, however, the elegance and refinement of the best Sangiovese always selected for I Sodi di San Niccolò.

Colour

Deep ruby red.

Bouquet

At the nose the red fruits blend with the black ones and vanilla together with notes of coffee and chocolate serve as binders of an intense and deep olfactory sensation.

Flavour

Structured in the mouth, but the delicacy of a very refined tannin makes this wine velvety and harmonious.

Pairing

It pairs well with cured meats and meats rich in flavour, tasty and aromatic cheeses, particularly Pecorino Toscano and Parmigiano Reggiano.
