Bibi Graetz Colore Toscana Rosso 2018
Colore is Bibi Graetz's Gran Vin, from very old vineyards of Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Colorino. Poor soils mixed with sand and stone create the perfect terroir for a wine that tells a lot about Tuscany and its ancient taste.

Colour

Transparent ruby red with purple highlights.

Bouquet

Austere on the nose, it shows slight hints of rose and pomegranate, then opens up to blackberry and blueberry jam, cocoa, coffee, orange, eucalyptus, sandalwood, herbs, liquorice and Mediterranean scrub.

Flavour

The taste is decidedly refined: it explodes in freshness and noble tannins, with a well-balanced alcohol content. The finish is persistent and sure to last.
