Basilisco Aglianico del Vulture Teodosio Bio 2019
Basilisco was born on the slopes of the Vulture volcano. Its 25 hectares are organically farmed and the soil, of volcanic origin, is tufaceous with flysch stratifications.The colour is a deep ruby red with violet hues. The nose has notes of red fruits and flowers while the taste is balanced, full-bodied and with good persistence. The combination is recommended with red meat.
