It's only from field No.1, thirty years old pergola, that the best vintage vouchers take over during the vintage to create the Chardonnay base for the Balter Reserve. The united Pinot in the first stage of vinification gives complexity that allows great expressiveness at the end of long aging on yeasts.

Soil composition Of morainic origin, it shows a good presence of skeleton on calcareous rocks. The texture is of medium texture with a good supply of clay; a four-year organic fertilization in turn is the only intervention of natural integration.
