Aubry Champagne Nombre d'Or 2014
Le Nombre d'Or comes from a blend of classic vines (chardonnay, pinot meunier and pinot noir) to a lesser extent and most of the ancient and historic vineyards of the area (petit meslier, arbanne, fromenteau, enfumé), which Aubry has recovered and cultivated in the municipalities of Villedommange, Pargny and Jouy-lès-Reims in the Montagne de Reims. Aging for a 4-5 year period on yeasts before dégorgement. Minimum dosage of 5 g / l. An amazing Champagne.

Colour

Bright golden yellow and bright.

Bouquet

The nose expresses a complex bouquet of ripe fruit (plum), purple flowers and pan brioche, with a spicy and spicy tip.

Flavour

In the mouth, it slides with great thickness: a rich and enveloping attachment, then relaxes with tension on persistent fruity and floral notes. Great fineness and harmony.

Pairing

This special cuvée is marvelous with white meats, such as pork fillets with currant sauce, or grilled fish or baked goods. Great with poultry and vegetables.
