Fermentation period About 12-15 days
Vinification Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at controlled temperature of 25-28 °C for about 12-15 days. Malolactic fermentation in glass-lined concrete vats.
Ageing In small oak barrels for 12 months, subsequently refined in the bottle.
