Produced in Montenisa Tenuta, it expresses all the richness and varied facets of Chardonnay fermented grapes. Flowers and white peaches are the characteristic features of his addictive scent that gives the nose amplitude sensations and great balance.

Vinification The Chardonnay whole bunches were directly subjected to a soft pressing. The 'flower' must, that is the one obtained from the first pressing, has been subjected to the first alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks and in small barrels. By the spring of the following year the wine started the second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent contact with the lees for a period of 60 months.
