Born 80 years ago, when Francesco Luisa, a widow of only 37 years and with six children to grow, had the foresight and the courage to buy 5 hectares of land. From here begins the story of Luisa di Corona, followed by Delciso, who took over Father Francesco, and above all with Eddi, who at the age of 13 entered firmly beside his father.
Luisa's philosophy is based on a Carthusian work in the vineyard: high density of plants (5,500 to 6,000 logs per hectare), inertia, summer thinning, drop-water irrigation to not put the plant under water stress. This vineyard work allows you to obtain a very healthy grain with a high natural sugar gradient that gives texture and longevity to wine without losing freshness.
