Polvanera, top-of-production winery in Puglia, can count on 30 hectares of vineyards, of which half are cultivated with primitive, while the remaining host Aglianico grapes, Aleatico, Fiano, Falanghina and Muscat.
Polvanera wineries produce some of the best wines of Puglia, with an eye to the special primitive: there are three, in fact, produced the various versions of this fantastic wine.
