The 29-hectare Domaine des Malandes is a family-run business that has the privilege of combining the tradition of winemakers with the best modern equipment. The result is found in high quality wines regularly awarded at national and international competitions for years. The IPM monitoring and location plots, and extreme care in wine, contribute significantly to the finesse of our wines and their very typical terroir expression. All our unexpected can be enjoyed with seafood, as an aperitif, with grilled, boiled or baked fish, even a poultry farmer, a good dish or roast veal.
Both in the vineyards at the wine level, our approach is to be very environmentally friendly, and demanding towards the quality and the typicality of the wines. Our wines are appreciated for their freshness, finesse and minerality directly from the famous Kimmeridgiano subsoil only the Chablis vineyards.
Domaine des Malandes comes first the land must be expressed. Chablis has been blessed with a unique terroir, "Kimmeridgiano", from which it takes minerality and liveliness. Thus, throughout the growing season, the Malandes Estate will control the foliage and fruit of the vine, and has effectively led to rational control.
