We are in the Haut-Medoc in Bordeaux, and this is where you meet the 39 hectares of vineyards of the Château, now belonging to Thierry Ryustmann, also owner of Château Talbot. Among the rows of vines with an average age of 35, there are the classic varieties planted with vines in the Bordeaux blend, divided as follows: 48% cabernet sauvignon, 37% merlot, 11% cabernet franc and petit Verdot 4%.
In the cellar are fulfilled the most ancient traditions, and each production step is designed to bring out all the inherent characteristics of the grapes.
